Leaderflush Shapland is managed by a team of eight Executive Directors, all of whom are directly involved in the day to day operation of the business.

Todd Altman – Managing Director
Todd joined Leaderflush Shapland as Managing Director in April 2005 bringing additional strength and experience to the business. Prior to joining Leaderflush Shapland Todd held the position of Managing Director at Ancon Building Products and Lindapter International for six years.

Jeff Leahy – Commercial Director
Jeff was appointed Commercial Director in April 2005. With him he brought a diversity of knowledge gained from his experience as logistics Director at H&R Johnson Tiles. As Commercial Director Jeff head the successful customer focused business divisional units.

Ian Gooding – Operations Director
Ian joined Shapland & Petter in 1980 and has grown with the business and now holds the role of Operations Director. Ian’s positive approach has lead to many achievements for the company and he continues to drive Operations forward.

Adam Butler – Sales and Marketing Director
Adam was appointed Leaderflush Shapland Sales and Marketing Director at the beginning of 2003 and has played an integral role in the development of the business since he joined. Adam continues to drive forward the Sales and Marketing departments in support of the overall business objectives.

Kevin Eaton – International Sales Director
Kevin joined Leaderflush in 1970 and has worked in various positions throughout the company. Currently he heads the company’s export business, exploring potential opportunities for Leaderflush Shapland overseas.

Cary Gant – Finance Director
Cary Gant was promoted to Finance Director in January 2007, having received promotion from Financial Controller.

Robert Llewellyn – Manufacturing Director
Rob joined Shapland and Petter in 1985 as an apprentice, and has managed many areas of the business throughout his career at the company. His appointment as Manufacturing Director (South) enables focused management of the day-to-day issues at the Barnstaple Manufacturing site. Rob’s enthusiastic and energetic style along with his broad experience within Leaderflush Shapland will enable him to lead and develop the southern manufacturing site.

Richard Bertram – Manufacturing Director
Richard joined Leaderflush Shapland in June 2003 as Group Project Manager and has brought with him 23 years experience gained in the door industry, beginning, many years ago, as an apprentice. His new appointment to Manufacturing Director (North) allows him to deal with the production development both at the Langley Mill and Sheffield manufacturing sites. Richard has extensive experience of the door industry, which will enable him to drive the three brands associated within the two sites forward.
